Real Dog Rescue

Real Dog Rescue is a newly founded organization, based in New York. Their mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home dogs by providing safe shelter through foster homes, medical care by a superior veterinary staff, and behavioral training with the help of a volunteer base. Their goal is also to educate and emulate the best animal welfare practices, not just locally, but also nationally and worldwide.

This organization is not funded by any governmental agencies. They rely on donations from the community of supporters.

Currently there is a kickoff campaign. It will last through May 10th and every donation will be matched by up to $35,000, by the founding supporter of the organization. In the past two months, with just a few donations and the commitment to make a difference, we have: rescued 50 dogs, grown a stable base of foster homes, organized 10 adoption events, designed a website, attracted over 1,000 social media followers and expanded our operation to 4 states and counting."
